Return Policy



The product must be returned within 15 days from the invoice date for a refund. A return authorization number is required for returns. Shipping must be prepaid and insured.

A 15% restocking fee may apply. This fee does not apply to defective products within 30 days of original purchase date (See products warranty section).

Returns must include the original invoice and be in "as new" resalable condition, in its original packaging with all registration cards, documentation, media, and all other materials enclosed.

iTmove reserves the right to reject any return sent without a valid RMA number or proper packing.

PLEASE NOTE: Our return policy only applies for sales made through iTmove web store or directly with our sales department. If you purchased one of our products through an authorized reseller or dealer, you must contact them to see if they offer a return policy.

IMPORTANT: This is a summary of iTmove Limited Warranty, it is only to provide an overview of our policies. It does not replace, increment or remove any of the terms of the complete iTmove Limited Warranty.

Some prdoucts available on iTmove Website, are not manufactured by iTmove, such products are covered by Manufacturers' Warranties. Each product web page shows the manufacturer information. Manufacturers' warranty details are typically available at the manufacturer's website; Detailed manufacturer warranty information can also be obtained for free by contacting our Customer Service department. Please note that products in this category are non-refundable unless otherwise indicated.

Products that not covered by iTmove Limited Warranty, must be returned directly to the product manufacturer for repair or replacement, unless otherwise required by law. For these items, the warranty policy provided by the product manufacturer explicitly requires that any returns, repairs etc. be requested and processed directly by the consumer (or "end-user") of the item.

WHAT IS COVERED: The limited warranty covers the materials, components, workmanship, and included accessories against defects as described in this agreement.

FOR HOW LONG: For one year after the original date of purchase by the first user. If you receive a replacement of the product during that year, they will be covered for the remainder of the warranty or 30 days, whichever is longer. If the user transfers, sells, lend or lease the product, the remainder of the warranty will apply to the recipient.

WHAT WE WILL DO: iTmove will repair or replace the product at no charge. If the product cannot be repaired, we will refund the amount you paid for the product or the list price set by iTmove at the time of purchase (whichever is lower). In the case of a refund, you must return the product in the original packaging and insure the shipment. You must also return any media and other associated materials to iTmove with proof of purchase to obtain a refund.

Refunds only apply if the product was purchased through iTmove direct sales channels: iTmove web store or iTmove sales department. If you purchased this product from any of our resellers or distributors, contact them directly and ask about their return policy.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO: Request an RMA number (return merchandise authorization) from iTmove. You need proof of purchase indicating the price paid, seller and date of purchase in order to request any warranty service.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES: The limited warranty is the only direct warranty from iTmove. iTmove gives no other express warranties, guarantees or conditions.

The product is intended solely as an aid to navigation. You understand and acknowledge that navigation requires the application of sound judgment and expertise in the process of integrating navigational information from all available sources. The products should never be used as the sole source of information for navigation. Nautical navigation is a serious undertaking and should only be engaged in by persons trained and experienced in such navigation. Computer based navigation hardware and software are prone to failure in some circumstances due to electrical problems, weather, and other events. You must always carry a backup source of information such as paper charts, manual navigation devices, battery operated devices and any device required by laws, codes and regulations specified by the federal, state and/or local agencies in which you are using the product. This product does not replace or exempt you from conforming to have any equipment required by laws, codes and regulations that apply to you.
